Eventbuizz plays a vital role in the Eurovision Song Contest
From 5 – 10 May 2014 Copenhagen will host the world’s largest music competition: the Eurovision Song Contest. Artists from more than 37 countries complete the big show, which is watched by more than 170 million TV-viewers. Eventbuizz is going to play a vital role.
The heart of Copenhagen will be dressed for many events with different themes throughout the Eurovision week. Fans, visitors, artists, press, delegates and locals will have a festive, fun and unforgettable Eurovision experience, with Copenhagen as the backdrop.
Many people and organizations are involved, and play a vital role in Copenhagen’s role as host city. EventBuizz is named “The Eurovision Volunteer Guide” as a key event and communication platform for the central management with 50 team leaders, 100 delegation hosts and 900 volunteers.
All communication and sudden changes of the many activities and events is controlled centrally. This is to make sure that the many stars and delegations have the ultimate service experience during Eurovision. Team leaders will plan and Information guides will work in different shifts and perform many different service- and information tasks using this tool.
