It’s never been easier to load your contacts; do this in seconds by simply adding an Excel spreadsheet. Exporting data out of the system is also done in just a couple of clicks.

INVITATION & REGISTRATION

EventBuizz handles the sign-up process and lets you track who has signed up, while also enabling you to send out reminders. You can also include comprehensive sign-ups for separate activities such as dinner and hotel reservations, sight-seeing tours, social mixers, etc.

BANNER ADS

Looking to create opportunities for advertisers and exhibitors? Often, revenue generated from sponsors alone, will pay for the app. EventBuizz can generate banner ads featuring sponsors, future events or anything else you’ll want to make users aware of. The space can be used to advertise future events as well. Click rates on ad performance allows you the ability to let advertisers and sponsors know how their ads performed, documenting the effectiveness of their marketing campaign.

QR CODE & PREVIEW

Access to the app is created through an automatically generated QR code and URL. You can easily preview the app content in the Event Centre on your laptop or desktop before publishing.

REAL-TIME POLLS

EventBuizz is your modern dialog tool that keeps all stakeholders engaged and interacting through the entire event. If a speaker wants to ask the audience what they think about a certain topic, an instant poll will appear on their phones or tablets, and real time polling results will be projected on a screen visible to all. Results can be exported and sent to all attendees, speakers and sponsors afterwards

Q&A

During Q&A sessions, not everybody feels comfortable raising their hand in public. And not all questions should be asked publicly. Through EventBuizz, attendees type questions sent to a moderator who can determine which questions to ask the speaker followed by a projection of the questions on a big screen visible to all. Questions can be sent anonymously or with name and company info attached.

SURVEYS

Send questionnaires, multiple choice tests or customized forms to attendees for feedback. Through the app, participants fill out and return these, hereby providing a much clearer picture of concrete outcome.

The Event Centre lets you easily manage several program tracks simultaneously. Users can cherry pick sessions, creating their own conference agenda. They can also access comprehensive speaker info and find links to connect on social networks.

NOTES

Users can write their own notes from sessions which are automatically archived under each agenda item, the notes will also appear in the user’s own “Notes” folder where they can be sent to their email.

ATTENDEES & SPEAKERS

Users can search, view and connect with profiles of fellow attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors. Speakers can be added to personalized schedules, promote their social media accounts, and share slides.

RATING

How do attendees really feel? Get their feedback by having them rate speakers or sessions on a scale from 1-5 through EventBuizz. Their evaluations will be a powerful tool in planning future events.

Instead of having a heavily staffed information booth, create a virtual one. EventBuizz Info Booth lets you share all the practical FAQs – from maps to weather forecasts to dinner seating plans. MY EVENTS

My Events, available with the Enterprise version, gives an overall view of previous events, encouraging year-round engagement. All info, from the agenda and surveys to the discussions and groups participated in are still accessible here. This makes it easy to refresh knowledge and input while keeping tab of the contacts for later interaction. For users participating in a series of events or training seminars, My Events will optimise learning and make sure the lessons learned are always handy. In conducting a training seminar, the responsible HR staff can always monitor user engagement and easily export and present the employee outcome of such seminars.
